At the same time, it also puts forward new requirements for 3D printing materials. 1, according to industry standards, from the apparent properties, flow properties, mechanical properties, thermal properties, material safety properties of five aspects, to develop 3D printing materials extrusion molding wire standards to ensure printing accuracy.

Light curing 3D printing technology has become the most widely used 3D printing technology because of its characteristics of high molding accuracy, fast speed, low surface roughness and environmental friendliness. At present, commercial photosensitive resins generally have prominent problems such as poor toughness and low impact strength of cured products, which have become technical problems and industry bottlenecks restricting the development of 3D printing industry.

ETPTA was prepared as a free radical prepolymer, OXA as the active diluent, triarylthionium salt and 1-hydroxy-cycloethyl phenyl ketone as the photoinitiator according to the mass ratio of each component =47∶31.3∶15.7∶3.4∶2.6 in a beaker. The beaker was wrapped with tin foil and stirred for 1h with magnetic force at a rotational speed of 240r/min. Then ultrasound for 0.5h and store in a dark place.

As can be seen: The 3D printing photosensitive resin was prepared with ETPTA as free radical prepolymer, OXA as active thinner, triarylthioonium salt and 1-hydroxy-cycloethyl phenyl ketone as photoinitiator. The viscosity was 320mPa·s, gel rate was 87.08%, volume shrinkage rate was 3.8%, Rock hardness (D) was 85, and tensile strength was 45.28MPa. The tensile elastic modulus is 829.9MPa, the elongation at break is 12.11%, the bending strength is 72.2MPa, the bending elastic modulus is 1740MPa, and the notch impact strength is 5.12kJ/m2, which meets the basic performance requirements of 3D printing photosensitive resin.
